PRIVACY POLICY

1. Principle

This is a showcase site. It has no forms, no user accounts, no comment section and no analytics tool. No personal data is collected or stored by Damien Boyer through this site.

2. Local storage (not a cookie)

The site stores a single piece of information in your browser’s local storage: your language preference (key db-lang, value fr or en). It stays on your device, is never transmitted, and you can delete it by clearing your browser’s site data. It does not require consent, as it is a preference strictly necessary for usability.

3. SoundCloud player

The “DJ Mixes” section embeds a player provided by SoundCloud Global Limited & Co. KG. When you view that section, your browser connects to SoundCloud’s servers, which may set their own cookies and receive your IP address — even if you do not start playback. This processing is carried out by SoundCloud, not by Damien Boyer.

4. Hosting and technical logs

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States). Like any host, Netlify keeps technical connection logs (IP address, timestamp, requested resource) for security and operational purposes. Netlify adheres to the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. See netlify.com/privacy.

5. If you email Damien Boyer

The “Booking” links open your email client. If you send a message, the data it contains (name, email address, content) is kept for as long as necessary for the exchange and any professional relationship arising from it. It is never sold or shared with third parties.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise it: damienboyer@hotmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL (cnil.fr).
